Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Orden ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Orden is a storage cleanup utility for iOS. It uses on-device AI to analyze photos for quality, detect duplicates, compress videos and Live Photos, and help organize email and contacts. All processing occurs on your device.

Photo Deletion

Orden moves deleted photos to iOS's "Recently Deleted" album, where they are recoverable for 30 days. After 30 days, iOS permanently removes them. Orden does not bypass this safety mechanism. You are responsible for reviewing your Recently Deleted album if you wish to recover any photos.

No Warranty on AI Accuracy

The AI models in Orden score photo quality and detect duplicates using machine learning. These scores are estimates, not guarantees. The AI may occasionally flag photos you wish to keep or miss photos you consider low-quality. You always make the final decision — Orden never auto-deletes without your confirmation.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Orden offers a free trial and optional paid plans: weekly and yearly subscriptions, plus a one-time lifetime purchase. All are managed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's Standard EULA.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-recurring payment that unlocks all features permanently.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Your Data

All data processed by Orden (photos, videos, contacts, email metadata) remains on your device. We do not store backups of your data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, OS updates, or app deletion.

Intellectual Property

Orden, its design, code, AI models, and content are the property of Solid Code Too and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Code Too and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of photos, videos, or other data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
